Testt Crushes Rainbow Trout on Florida City's Summer Flats!
What a great day out, couldn't ask for more action! Testt and I headed out early morning this summer for some inshore fishing around Florida City. The weather was clearing in the afternoon, which made for perfect conditions on the water. We had our lines in the water ready to work the area and see what was cruisin' the flats.
Once the stage was set, we focused on spinning, casting, and jigging techniques to target the fish holding in these productive waters. Testt managed to hook up with some nice Rainbow Trout during our session. Florida City's inshore waters are perfect for this style of fishing because the structure and current breaks hold bait consistently. The bite was hot once we dialed in our approach, and we wrapped up the trip with tight lines and smiles all around down by the glades!
